Description de la mission:

hi all ,

we are working in new project based at android aplication and server " dashboard " who manage the app .

to get idea in the server side we can get all information about users : status "online ,offline" , user contry , operator network ..... also we can send command from dashboard to app to making call and sms from device using gcm.

our requirement is

Rebuilding the system we called "System Call SMS" Informations

: 1) This system has been built with PHP
2) To send the notification from the dashbord to the app, we use GCM (call and sms)

Requirements :

Rebuild all the system ( Dashboard+App)
1)Rebuild the system using XMPP Lauguage .
2)Use FCM (instead of GCM) to send notification between the dashbord and the App to making calls and sms sending.
